Our policy in plain English
If your store has technical issues or wasn't built to our stated specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no cost. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.

What qualifies for a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your store was not delivered within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends)
- The store delivered does not match the niche you selected
- The store has significant technical issues that prevent it from functioning as a Shopify store
- The store does not include the products, ad scripts, or content described in our listing
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to hello@ecomshoplab.com with your order details.
What does not qualify for a refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Dissatisfaction with sales results — we build the store, we do not guarantee revenue
- Change of mind after the store has been delivered
- Issues caused by changes you made to the store after delivery
- Shopify subscription fees or third-party costs
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email hello@ecomshoplab.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order email address and a description of the issue
- We will respond within 24 hours
- If approved, refunds are processed via PayPal within 3-5 business days
Store fixes before refunds
In most cases, we prefer to fix any issues before processing a refund. If your store has a problem, we'll work to resolve it first. If we're unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we'll process a full refund.
Add-on purchases
Add-on purchases (SEO Package, Ad Templates, Fast Shipping Suppliers) are non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered, as they are digital products delivered immediately.
