Questions
Why is it only $20?
We're an official Shopify Partner and earn a share from Shopify when your store stays active. The $20 covers part of the build, so we do well when your store keeps going.
Do I need experience?
No. The launch guide walks you through every step in plain language. If you can use email, you can follow it.
Are there other costs?
Shopify charges a monthly plan fee once your trial ends, and a custom domain is optional. You also pay your supplier for each order you sell. There are no extra fees from us.
How do I get paid?
You connect your bank to Shopify. When a customer buys, the money goes to you, you pay the supplier, and they ship the order.
Will I make sales?
We can't promise that. We build the store and give you the marketing kit; results depend on your products, pricing and how you promote them.
What if something is wrong with my store?
Email hello@ecomshoplab.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll fix it, or refund you in full if we can't.
