1. What we provide

EcomShopLab is a store setup and deployment service. When you purchase, you receive:

A fully built Shopify dropshipping store in your chosen niche
30 pre-loaded products with supplier connections
3 Facebook and TikTok ad scripts
30 days of social media post content
A brand kit including store name, colors, and copy
A step-by-step launch guide and FAQ

We deliver your store within 24 hours of receiving your order and niche selection.

2. What we don't guarantee

We build and deliver professional Shopify stores. However:

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or profit from your store
Results depend entirely on how you market and operate your store
We are not responsible for Shopify's platform fees, subscription costs, or changes to Shopify's terms
We are not responsible for supplier availability, shipping times, or product quality
Income claims made in testimonials reflect individual results and are not typical

3. Your responsibilities

By ordering from EcomShopLab, you agree to:

Provide accurate information including your correct email address and chosen niche
Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service when operating your store
Comply with all applicable laws in your country regarding ecommerce and dropshipping
Not resell or redistribute our ad scripts, guides, or content as your own product

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all stores within 24 hours of order confirmation. In rare cases where delivery takes longer, we will notify you by email. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

5. Intellectual property

The store we build for you is yours to use and operate. However, our systems and processes remain our intellectual property. You may not resell EcomShopLab's store setup service or our proprietary content (ad scripts, social posts, guides) to third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

EcomShopLab's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store we deliver.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with international ecommerce standards.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
